Terms and Conditions of AllTradesCorp.com Online Store
1. Definitions
1.1. Store - the online service available at alltradescorp.com, operated by All Trades Corporation Limited, located at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, registered in Company No 76490146.
1.2. Customer - a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, using the Store, including a Consumer.
1.3. Consumer - a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
1.4. Products - e-books, courses, and training available in the Store.
2. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the Store and the conditions for concluding sales contracts for the Products offered by the Store.
2.2. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration and User Account
3.1. Registration in the Store is voluntary, but may be required to purchase certain Products.
3.2. The Customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data during registration.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for securing their login data against unauthorized access.
4. Offers and Prices
4.1. All prices listed in the Store are in United States dollars (USD) and include VAT, if applicable.
4.2. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of Products and introduce and cancel promotions.
4.3. The price of the Product at the time of the Customer's order is binding.
5. Orders
5.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. To complete an order, the Customer must correctly fill out the order form.
5.3. The Store reserves the right to verify Customer data and refuse order fulfillment in justified cases.
6. Payments
6.1. The Store accepts payments via bank transfers, credit card payments, electronic payment systems.
6.2. The Customer is required to make payment at the time of placing the order.
6.3. All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). The Customer may incur additional costs related to currency conversion, according to their bank or payment service provider's policy.
7. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
7.1. After payment confirmation, the Customer will receive access to the purchased Products in electronic form.
7.2. For courses and training, details regarding access and schedules will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. The Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase of the Product, except in cases where access to the Product has already begun at the Customer's request.
8.2. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must submit a statement in writing or electronically.
9. Complaints
9.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased Products.
9.2. Complaints should be submitted to the email address: office@alltradescorp.com or the postal address: 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
9.3. The Store will review complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
10. Personal Data Protection
10.1. The administrator of the Customer's personal data is All Trades Corporation Limited, located at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
10.2. The Customer's personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The Store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of changes 14 days before they take effect.
11.2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Poland.
11.3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 01.08.2024
