I. General Provisions

§1. Definitions

1. Alltradescorp.com – An online portal (online store), through which the Customer can purchase Goods and Digital Content offered for sale in the online store and through which the seller provides electronic services.

2. Business Days – Days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Goods – A physical product that can be traded (sold), available for purchase at Alltradescorp.com.

4. Digital Content – Digital Content not delivered on a tangible medium, which can be traded (sold), available for purchase at Alltradescorp.com.

5. Durable Medium – A material or device that allows the Customer to store information addressed personally to them in a way that enables future access for a period appropriate to the purposes for which the information serves and which allows the unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

6. User – A natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, holding an account at Alltradescorp.com.

7. Customer – A natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases at Alltradescorp.com.

8. Customer Account – A functionality of the Alltradescorp Store Website, activated for the Customer by Alltradescorp after the Customer completes the Registration.

9. Consumer – A Customer being a natural person who concludes a contract with the Seller within the Alltradescorp.com online store that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

10. Alltradescorp Company – AllTrades Corporation Limited , headquartered in Hong Kong HK 99 Hennessy Road 2301/23/F, Bussines registeration number 59927681, email address: office@alltradescorp.com.

11. Digital Service – A service that enables Customers to purchase Goods and Digital Content selected from those available at Alltradescorp.com.

12. Visitor – A natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, who visits Alltradescorp.com without being logged in as a User or not having an account at Alltradescorp.com.

13. Registration – A procedure specified in the Terms and Conditions, the completion of which is required for the Customer to use all functionalities of the Alltradescorp.com.

14. Graphic Work – A work under the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights (consolidated text Dz. U. 2006, No. 90, item 631 as amended).

15. Entrepreneur – A natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by law, conducting business or professional activities on their own behalf.

16. Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – A natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the nature of this contract does not have a professional character for them, resulting from the specific subject of their business activity, provided based on regulations of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

17. Consumer Law – The Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Dz.U. of 2014, item 827 as amended).

18. Alltradescorp Store Website – Websites under which Alltradescorp operates the Alltradescorp Store, operating in the Alltradescorp.com domain.

19. Sales Agreement – A distance sales agreement concluded electronically, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, under the rules specified in the Terms and Conditions, between the Customer and Alltradescorp.com.

20. Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions, which, in the scope of Electronic Services, are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Dz.U. of 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended).

§2. Legal Basis The Digital Service is provided based on the Terms and Conditions and applicable Polish law.

§3. Technical Requirements To use Alltradescorp.com, the following are required:

1. A computer device with an installed web browser (at least Internet Explorer 10, Chrome 30, FireFox 24, Opera 16, Safari 5.1) with JavaScript enabled and Adobe Flash plugin installed without systems blocking the display of Flash objects, accepting "cookies" files, configured to access Alltradescorp.com at the internet address Alltradescorp.com, and the ability to accept and use cookies files, and an internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 1 M/s.
2. An active email account.

§4. Legal Requirements

1. Each User and Customer is required to read and unconditionally accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions before using Alltradescorp.com.
2. Each User and Customer declares that they have full legal capacity.

§5. Subject of the Terms and Conditions The Terms and Conditions specify the conditions and rules for providing the Digital Service by the Alltradescorp COMPANY through the online store available at Alltradescorp.

II. Use of the Digital Service

§6. Purpose of the Digital Service The main purpose of the Digital Service is to enable Users and Visitors to purchase Goods and Digital Content.

As the owners of the Alltradescorp.com brand, we hold all rights to the store and brand and intellectual property rights to its name, domain, Alltradescorp.com Store Website, and the templates, forms, and logos used by us. Their use may only take place in a manner determined by us and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Alltradescorp reserves the right to place advertisements on the Alltradescorp Store Website regarding the offered Goods as well as the goods and services of third parties. The Customer, using the Alltradescorp, is not entitled to interfere with the Digital Content, structure, form, graphics, or mechanism of its operation. It is prohibited for the Customer to provide unlawful content and use the Alltradescorp Store, the Alltradescorp Online Store Website, or the free services provided by Alltradescorp in a manner contrary to the law, good customs, infringing personal rights of third parties or Alltradescorp. The Customer is entitled to use the Alltradescorp Store Website exclusively for their own use. It is not permissible to use the resources and functionalities of the Alltradescorp Store Website to conduct commercial activities by the Customer or activities that would violate the interests of Alltradescorp. Using the Alltradescorp Store means any activity of the Customer that leads to familiarizing themselves with the Digital Content contained on the Alltradescorp Store Website, subject to the provisions of § 3 of the Terms and Conditions.

§7. Due Diligence

1. The Alltradescorp COMPANY exercises due diligence to provide the Service at the highest level.
2. In the case of products requiring Alltradescorp to create an individual graphic project for the Customer, Alltradescorp undertakes to provide up to 3 free projects (or project corrections) for each ordered product. If the Customer wishes to make further corrections, an additional fee may be required. The amount of the fee depends on the type of the ordered product.

§8. No Registration Requirement

1. Browsing the available Goods at Alltradescorp.com does not require registration.
2. Purchasing Goods at Alltradescorp.com does not require registration.

§9. Customer Account Registration at Alltradescorp.com

1. To register at Alltradescorp.com, fill out the registration form, providing your name or nickname , email address, and password, and accept the Alltradescorp Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration at Alltradescorp.com is voluntary and free.

§10. Logging In After registering at Alltradescorp.com, each login is carried out using the data provided in the registration form.

§11. Deleting an Account To delete a User account from Alltradescorp.com, send an email request to delete the account to: office@alltradescorp.com.

§12. Invitation to Enter into a Contract Information about Goods and Digital Content available at Alltradescorp.com constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

§13. Prices Prices of Goods and Digital Content listed at Alltradescorp.com: a) Include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys as gross amounts; b) Do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the method of delivering Goods to the Customer, the value, and size of the order, and are provided when selecting the delivery method by the Customer. The total cost of the order (i.e., the price of Goods plus delivery costs) is indicated in the basket before the order is placed by the Customer.

§14. Price Changes

1. The Alltradescorp COMPANY reserves the right to change the prices of Goods. The right to change prices does not affect orders placed before the date of the price change.
2. In the case of a price reduction, the Alltradescorp COMPANY is obliged to provide, next to the reduced price, the lowest price of the product from the last 30 days.

§15. Delivery

1. The Alltradescorp COMPANY places on the Alltradescorp.com subpage presenting the given Goods information about the number of Business Days within which the shipment of the order will be made. This information is the time counted from the moment the order is accepted for processing until the moment the order is sent to the Customer via Inpost parcel machines or courier company. The order processing time is given taking into account the time needed to complete all ordered Goods. The order processing time depends on the availability of the Goods.
